What should I provide for an OEM inquiry?
Send target models, quantities, market, vector logo, color references, specification changes and packaging requirements. Send product lists or drawings directly by email to ydfitness17@163.com; the form records file metadata only.
Can every model be customized?
We support OEM/ODM, including logo, color, packaging and specification customization. Customization feasibility, MOQ, production time and final specifications are confirmed according to the selected model and order requirements.
What are the MOQ, sample cost and lead time?
MOQ and production lead time are confirmed for the product mix, order quantity, customization requirements and production schedule. If a sample is available, agree its scope, cost and timing separately. Request a written quotation before placing an order.
How are development changes approved?
Agree the written configuration, applicable drawing or appearance references and packing specification as the acceptance baseline. Include sample approval only when a sample is available and agreed. Confirm the approval procedure and development responsibilities for your order.
